Construction near complete at Mayo Building
Construction is nearing completion at one of downtown Tulsa’s oldest buildings. Located at the intersection of Main and Fifth Street in the heart of the central business district, the 10-story Mayo Building was originally constructed in 1910.
Buyers plan to lease, develop Oral Roberts housing complex
The coming years could see further development of the nine-acre Oral Roberts presidential compound, according to local real estate agent David Wenrick.

Local hotel mogul Andy Patel this month unveiled his latest project, the 136-room Aloft Tulsa hotel, located near the intersection of 71st Street and Highway 169.
Now showing: signs of progress
Construction is moving once again at Tulsa’s oldest working movie house. Crews recently resumed work on the second phase of construction at the future site of two new theaters at the historic Circle Cinema, 12 S. Lewis Ave.

Workers are putting the finishing touches on Phase I of the expansion and renovation of Union Public Schools’ Robert B. Grove Elementary School, 10202 E. 62nd St.

Crews completed interior renovations this month at the historic Tulsa Country Club, located north of downtown at 959 Country Club Drive.
TUL concourse renovation takes off
The Tulsa Airport Improvements Trust awarded Manhattan Construction Group a $15.9 million contract for the renovation of terminal Concourse B, which houses Southwest Airlines and United Airlines.
SJS announces Brady District hotel
Downtown is about to get a little more hospitable. Local hotel development company SJS Hospitality LLC and land owner Brady 41 LLC entered a joint venture to construct a limited service hotel on Main Street between Brady and Archer streets.
TTC BA campus nears completion
Construction is closing in on its deadline at Tulsa Technology Center’s $41 million Broken Arrow Campus expansion project. Flintco Inc. Project Manager Brett Venable said interior inspections are nearly completed on the 52-acre site.
Case positioned for growth
As homebuyer tax incentives dry up and demand for apartments increases, local firm Case & Associates seems poised to take advantage. The firm recently finished the Nickel Creek Apartments, at 81st Street and Union Avenue.
