Fred Morgan selected as new CEO of the State Chamber of Oklahoma, it was announced yesterday.Morgan will succeed longtime chamber executive Richard Rush, who will retire effective March 31. A small businessman and attorney, Morgan served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives from 1994 to 2006, and currently serves as general counsel and senior policy advisor to the Oklahoma State Senate Leadership. Morgan will transition into his new position, working with Dick Rush and The State Chamber staff as the legislative session begins.
